Join a growing, award-winning private OB/GYN practice with locations in Woodbridge, Lorton, and Stafford, VA.

Seeking two BC/BE OB/GYN physicians for full-time, part-time, or contract roles.

Team includes 6 physicians, 3 WHNPs, 1 CNM, and 2 FNPs in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Practice features heavy surgical demand with da Vinci Robotic Surgery and recognized maternity care.

Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, a 1:5 call schedule (reducing to 1:8), with post-night call day off.

Competitive compensation ($250K–$300K), benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid malpractice, CME), and relocation assistance.

Clinical mix is approximately 60% gynecology and 40% obstetrics, supported by 24/7 anesthesia and surgical support.

Ideal candidates are BC/BE in OB/GYN with strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered focus.

Work is in person at the VA locations, with some travel (preferred).
