Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure top-quality resident care.
Lead and coordinate all nursing activities, including clinical care, safety, and staff development. Train and manage staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols and conduct standards. Maintain infection control protocols and promote high resident satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to develop policies aligned with the facility’s mission and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about relevant legislation and technological advancements, implementing improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. 3+ years’ clinical nursing experience preferred. Must be able to work independently. Work is in person, full-time, with pay ranging from $28 to $35 per hour.
