Job Description

We are seeking a full-time outpatient mental health therapist to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy. The role involves maintaining client records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field

License or eligibility for licensure in Iowa

Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

Cultural competency and crisis intervention abilities
