Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department.

Provide individual therapy and counseling services.

Develop and monitor patient treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Participate in patient assessments, discharge planning, and referral processes.

Communicate effectively with families and agencies, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to departmental performance improvements.

Collaborate with the RHC provider to deliver essential services to the population.

Qualifications include: A clinical social work degree, current LCSW license in Texas, and experience in clinical assessment, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred. Must have strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of regulations and proficiency in documentation.
