Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care. This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, evenings, or weekends, and involves local home visits with reimbursed mileage. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, be board-certified or eligible, and possess wound care experience or a relevant clinical background. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and educating patients and staff.
