Job Description

Seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention and therapy for adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

  • Provide direct clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and support groups.
  • Conduct community outreach, build partnerships, and educate community members.
  • Coordinate case management, crisis response, and advocacy services, including on-call crisis support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and support program evaluation.
  • Travel locally to serve satellite locations and assist with volunteer training.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure, and experience in trauma counseling preferred.

    Proficiency in trauma assessment, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations required. Must be adaptable, organized, and able to work independently and under stress.
