Job Description
The LCSW will provide biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Adhere to all organizational policies, safety standards, and professional conduct expectations.Conduct clinical assessments, provide individual therapy to diverse populations, and utilize culturally sensitive, strengths-based approaches.Document notes promptly, collaborate with physicians and case managers, and participate in team meetings and quality programs.Maintain licensure, develop professional skills, and coordinate referrals for patients with mental health or substance abuse needs.Qualifications include a Master’s degree (preferred), California licensure, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with diverse populations and EMR systems.Physical requirements involve sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision. This is a full-time, in-person role with benefits, offering $100,000-$115,000 annually.
