Post Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician – Portland, ME

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Benefits offered include a competitive salary up to $300,000 with incentive pay, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME, and health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications required are current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification. Positions are available full-time or part-time, with an in-person work setting.
