Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, performing advanced procedures, managing medications, and coordinating care with teams and families.

Qualifications:

Accredited NP/PA program graduate

At least 1 year of experience, wound care preferred

Board certified/prepared (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)

Current state license and prescriptive authority

Willing to travel locally (~75%) in the Three Rivers, MI area
