Job Description

Join a leading mobile wound care provider as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care in patients’ homes.

  • Provide advanced wound care assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform treatments like surgical debridement in a home setting.
  • Work full-time with a flexible, daytime schedule—no on-call, evenings, or weekends—requiring approximately 75% local travel with reimbursed mileage.
  • Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA, wound care background a plus, board certification, and an unrestricted license in Connecticut.
