Job Description
Provides primary and episodic patient care independently and collaboratively, following established protocols.
Ensures smooth patient flow and delivers quality care by performing comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and diagnostic procedures.
Interprets test results and collaborates with supervising physicians to develop treatment plans.
Prescribes medications, educates patients on their use, and maintains safety and infection control standards.
Exercises professionalism, maintains confidentiality, and builds effective working relationships.
Utilizes computer software for accurate data entry and reporting.
Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited school, at least 2 years of clinical experience, current nurse practitioner certification, state licensure, DEA licensure without restrictions, and BLS certification.
Experience in emergency, urgent care, or ambulatory settings is preferred.
