Nurse Practitioner – FNP/PNP

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP) to join a primary care team serving children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 26.

Our practice offers comprehensive, compassionate care with specialties in Clinical Research, Parent Coaching, Breastfeeding Medicine, ADHD management, and integrated Behavioral Health. We also feature an Acute Care Center for holistic urgent care.

Responsibilities include providing outpatient primary care, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, engaging in quality improvement, and collaborating within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications include active Ohio APRN and DEA licenses, 2-3+ years pediatric experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office.
