Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to diverse clients, including children, adults, couples, and families.

  • Complete psychosocial assessments and maintain clinical documentation per policies and licensing requirements.
  • Participate actively as a team member in a supportive environment that values work/life balance.
  • Requirements include an LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, with preferred independent licensure and 2+ years of experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; bilingual skills are a plus.
