Remote Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to join a multidisciplinary team in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Assess and treat patients with mental health and behavioral needs through individual, group, and family therapy (onsite and via telehealth).

Collaborate with primary care providers for integrated care planning and behavioral health consultations.

Conduct screenings, support coping skills, and assist with managing chronic conditions.

Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to confidentiality, and meet productivity standards.

Provide care in person and through telehealth, with some travel preferred.

Qualifications include licensure or eligibility as a Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW, LPC, Psychologist), outpatient experience preferred, and strong assessment and communication skills.
