Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team in a Day Treatment Program for individuals with complex behavioral and psychiatric needs.

Key duties include conducting assessments, diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions, prescribing medications, providing patient and family education, and collaborating on treatment planning.

Qualifications include a valid MA NP license, PMHNP certification, DEA license, BLS, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Preferred skills involve experience with diverse populations, trauma-informed care, and bilingual abilities.

Work involves a flexible schedule (9:00 AM–9:00 PM), hybrid model (on-site and telehealth), and may require some walking.
