Job Description

The NP/PA Practitioner and Operational Medical Director role is a full-time position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a free clinic serving underserved communities.

Provide compassionate clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and equity.

Support and mentor volunteer providers and staff, fostering collaboration.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices.

Act as a liaison between the medical team, community partners, and leadership.

The role combines clinical duties with leadership responsibilities, including participation in quality committees and oversight of clinic functions. Qualified candidates should have relevant licensure, experience in primary care, leadership skills, and a commitment to serving underserved populations. The position offers a salary between $95,000 and $110,000, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
