Job Description

We are seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide high-quality clinical care at a community health center in Marin City. The role involves direct patient care, care-team development, quality improvement, and population health management, with a focus on health equity for vulnerable populations. Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, contributing to quality management, and offering health education and follow-up. Candidates should have a valid CA medical license, board certification eligibility, experience with diverse populations, and proficiency with electronic health records. Bilingual skills (Spanish) and community health experience are preferred. This full-time position offers competitive salary, benefits, and a schedule Monday to Friday, with no nights. Travel up to 25% may be required. In-person work location in Sausalito, CA, with potential relocation required.
