Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care for older adults in a community-based program offering comprehensive services.

You’ll conduct exams, diagnose illnesses, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support care planning to help seniors live independently.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, current Michigan licensure, at least 1 year of experience with elderly patients, strong communication skills, and proficiency in EMR and MS Office.
