Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Rheumatology to provide advanced patient care in a private practice setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines. Monitor patient progress, educate patients on disease management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate records. Stay updated on rheumatology advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices. Qualifications include strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with EMR systems.
