Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner for a Part-Time role at our Bloomington location.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and psychosocial histories, and conduct physical exams. Order and review lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and deliver preventive and program counseling. Adhere to prescription guidelines under physician collaboration and maintain thorough documentation in EMR. Manage patient progress, facilitate referrals, and conduct follow-up calls. Serve as a clinical liaison, participate in training, and contribute to program development and operational improvements.
