Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care in Sedona, AZ, with a schedule Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include managing new and follow-up patients across all ages and insurance types, treating chronic conditions, and providing patient education with a focus on preventative care. The role involves working independently in clinics and visiting assisted living facilities or nursing homes.

Qualifications include AZ licensure, DEA certification, 1-5 years of primary care/internal medicine experience, and fluency in Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and EMR skills are essential.
