Job Description
The Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, family) for clients in a community-based behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities include developing assessments within 48 hours, participating in team meetings, coordinating services, documenting progress, and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with up to 2 years of experience working with SED or SMI/SUD populations, and NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
Must be proficient in community resources, communication, and computer use, with a valid NM driver’s license and clean record. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
