Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care and Home Health team in Lexington, NE.
Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, surgical and dermatologic wounds, performing dressings, medically necessary debridement, and G-Tube procedures (training provided).
Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse and conduct Home Health visits as needed.
Must be outgoing, energetic, and experienced with skilled nursing facilities.
Requires at least 2 years of wound care and SNF experience, strong communication skills, and current Nebraska medical license.
Preferred certifications include Wound Care Certification.
Compensation is a daily rate of $800-$1,000, with benefits like health/dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The schedule is day shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed.
In-person role focused on wound care, requiring independent work and excellent interpersonal skills.
