Join a dedicated, nurse-led home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003, accredited by the Joint Commission and Medicare-certified. We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contingent home care position, ideal for quick learners in a collaborative environment.

The role involves providing speech pathology services per physician’s treatment plans, assessing patient functioning, developing and revising care plans, and documenting patient progress. The SLP will also educate patients, families, and healthcare team members, and recommend audiology referrals when needed.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Speech Therapy license
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Preferred home health care experience

Compensation: $63.00 – $105.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement, in-service pay, and per-visit rates. Travel includes home visits and office meetings, with a focus on patient-centered care.
