Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.

  • Manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, document in electronic medical records, and collaborate with staff and physicians.
  • Maintain accurate records for billing and compliance, and deliver compassionate, effective care aligned with policies and regulations.
  • Requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
  • Preferred experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Hospitalist settings.
  • Full-time, day shift with optional on-call, offering a competitive salary ($120K-$130K) and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance.
  • Must be able to travel to Ahoskie or Hertford as needed. This in-person role offers fulfillment through improving patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.
