Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities include delivering face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
