Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children, focusing on early intervention strategies.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions tailored for pediatric patients.

Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to support communication goals.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate families on communication techniques to reinforce therapy at home.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress.

Ideal candidates will have experience in pediatrics, familiarity with early intervention, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
