Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Plymouth, MA, and nearby areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams five days a week.
Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose illnesses, and propose treatments.
Prescribe medications, maintain accurate records, and educate patients and families on health conditions and prevention.
Promote overall patient health, oversee health management, and stay current with professional knowledge.
