Join our dedicated team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a reputable home health agency serving Southeast Michigan.

We are a nurse-owned, Joint Commission-accredited, and Medicare-certified agency committed to providing high-quality patient care. This contingent position offers flexible hours and competitive pay, with visit rates ranging from $63.00 to $105.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

As an SLP, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, hearing, and language disorders, assist in developing and revising care plans, and educate patients, families, and healthcare team members. You will also coordinate hearing tests and check hearing aids as needed.

Requirements include an active Michigan license, reliable transportation, and preferably home health care experience. The role involves home visits and participation in in-service programs, with travel expected within the community.
