Job Description

Seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for school-based mental health services in the Fairview Area Schools. The therapist will collaborate as part of an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to provide evidence-based mental health care to students with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring behavior change plans within the patient’s Individual Comprehensive Treatment Plan, offering mental health education and training to team members, and supervising interns as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (LMSW preferred)
• BLS certification at hire
• Licensed Master’s Social Worker (Michigan)
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License
