Job Description

We are hiring two experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our physicians’ offices due to network growth.

  • Assess health status, conduct physical exams, and analyze diagnostic data for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Diagnose health issues and determine needs based on data analysis.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans collaboratively with patients, focusing on enhancing self-care and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness, modify plans as needed, and document outcomes.

    • Requirements include a Master of Nursing Science (MSN) from an accredited school, current Indiana RN license, Board Certification, and eligibility for Nurse Practitioner authorization. Preferred candidates have over 2 years of physician office experience.
