Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evidence-based therapy to children with developmental speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and educators.

  • Interpret and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs and IEPs), monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed.
  • Train families and care team members on AAC and feeding strategies for effective skill transfer.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and professional development.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree, NY State license, minimum 3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. Feeding experience and OPRA enrollment are preferred.
