Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evidence-based therapy to children with developmental speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and educators.
Interpret and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs and IEPs), monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed. Train families and care team members on AAC and feeding strategies for effective skill transfer. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and professional development. Requirements include a Master’s degree, NY State license, minimum 3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. Feeding experience and OPRA enrollment are preferred.
