*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
*Responsibilities:*
Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support. Educate clients and families to promote engagement. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in service delivery.*Qualifications:*
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical training. At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health or substance use clients. Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
