Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy (individual, group, or family) to clients with diverse mental health needs in Upper Marlboro, MD.

  • Complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and attend team meetings.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, an active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Maryland, and 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
