Program Manager (Registered Nurse) –Seaside, Oregon

Job Description

Are you a Registered Nurse ready to lead a dedicated team in a community-focused healthcare setting? This role offers clinical oversight and program management at a small opioid treatment facility in Seaside.

As Program Manager, you will:

Provide strategic leadership and supervise staff to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care.

Oversee dispensary operations, medication inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Perform RN assessments, dispense methadone, respond to emergencies, and support clinical workflows.

Hire, train, and motivate team members while fostering collaboration.

Track program performance and collaborate with community partners to improve service delivery.

**Qualifications:**
– Unencumbered Oregon RN license
– 3+ years nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health
– Leadership experience managing clinical programs
– Strong communication skills and BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
