Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join a Nephrology office and dialysis facility.

  • Provide direct patient care in dialysis settings, including assessments, medical history review, and physical exams.
  • Assist in managing patients with chronic kidney disease and on dialysis.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans and medications.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

    • Requirements include an active VA medical license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
