Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric team in Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA. This full-time or part-time role welcomes new grads (CFs) and offers paid documentation time.
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy for children with autism, developmental delays, apraxia, speech and language disorders, and feeding challenges using approaches like SOS, PROMPT, DTTC, LAMP, and AAC devices. Collaborate with OT/PT teams in co-treatment sessions to support children’s communication development. Ideal candidates are licensed or license-eligible SLPs who are energetic, creative, team-oriented, and passionate about helping kids find their voice. Experience with AAC is a plus but not required.
