Job Description
We provide in-home and virtual health assessments for members nationwide, focusing on improving clinical outcomes through personalized evaluations.
Competitive pay: $100–$120 per hour, with bonuses and mileage reimbursement.
Flexible schedule from 8am-8pm, Monday–Sunday.
Perform comprehensive assessments including medication review, physical exam, and health discussions, up to one hour per visit.
Require active nursing license, board certification (AANP or ANCC), and CPR certification.
Must meet vaccination and health requirements; home health experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills needed; bilingual abilities advantageous.
