Speech Language Pathologist (ST)

Job Description

We are a 5-star post-acute rehab facility located near the ocean in Pacifica, CA, offering in-house speech therapy services.

Provide and oversee all aspects of speech therapy, including evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation.

Ensure patient safety and follow organizational protocols.

Stay current with professional development through continuing education.

Communicate patient progress and needs to patients, families, and care team members.

Participate in quality assurance and department growth activities.
