Job Description
Provides ambulatory primary care services, ensuring quality and community standards. Participates in developing healthcare plans, quality improvement activities, and operational protocols.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and a Master’s in Nursing with certification as a nurse practitioner. Demonstrates commitment to underserved populations, effective communication, and proficiency in computer systems. Performs patient assessments, diagnoses, orders tests, prescribes therapies, and develops patient education and referral plans. Contributes to quality care initiatives, documentation, and compliance activities, supporting organizational efficiency and community outreach. Assumes responsibility for service quality, supports organizational goals, and collaborates on strategic planning.
This full-time role offers a salary of $100,000-$130,000 with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
