Job Description

We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices and referring nonoperative cases.

The position includes a first-year guaranteed salary of $300,000-$400,000, with long-term earning potential through ancillary income, practice ownership, and hospital call options. Partnership is available after 1 year, with income based on productivity.
