Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate part-time position in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings. Maintain timely documentation, participate in care coordination, and support quality and safety standards. Potentially serve as Medical Director at one facility with additional compensation. Travel between multiple facilities, with minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts). Qualifications include MD/DO, NC license eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care and familiarity with relevant tech tools.
