Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered healthcare team.

  • Provide comprehensive physical exams, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
  • Offer health education and preventive care to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and adhere to clinic policies and standards.

    • Qualifications include an accredited Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, active Oklahoma NP license, DEA certification, and BLS/ACLS as applicable.
