Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team, starting in February 2026.

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Licenses & Certifications: Valid Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT), driver’s license, and BLS certification within six months.

Experience & Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication skills; preferred experience with Epic EHR system.

Responsibilities: Provide client-centered therapy (individual, couples, family, group), diagnose and treat mental health disorders, develop treatment plans, collaborate with other departments, and maintain accurate documentation.
