Position: Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner
Location: Clifton/Momence, IL
Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $50/hour plus performance bonuses

Requirements:

• Unencumbered Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred 2 years of experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Create and manage weekly rounding schedules
• Maintain accurate medical records
