Nurse Practitioner (ER) – PRN

Job Description

This is a *PRN* position providing primary and emergency care to patients of all ages in the emergency room setting.

Services include ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and implementing treatments and therapies.

*Qualifications Include:*
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school and Masters Nursing Program (post-1993 graduates)
• Missouri RN and APRN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or TNCC certifications
• Additional certifications such as NRP, STABLE, ENPC, CATN, GENE (preferred)
• ER or ICU nursing experience required; ER or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Certification by ANCC or AANP as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., Family NP)
