This position is for a Nurse Practitioner in a specialized neurology practice focused on traumatic brain injury care.
Conduct thorough evaluations, including history, physical exams, and symptom assessments post-injury.Create and update comprehensive treatment plans addressing various symptoms.Coordinate with medical assistants for authorization requests and patient documentation.Manage medications for conditions like headaches, anxiety, depression, PTSD, vertigo, and nausea.Utilize EMR and cloud-based platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting, completing reports within 48 hours.Train new NPs and ensure compliance with licensing (DEA) requirements.Requirements include being tech-savvy, team-oriented, with at least 2 years of NP experience, and willing to commit to a minimum 1-year contract. The role is in-person in Seattle, WA, with benefits like PTO, insurance, 401(k), and a salary of $143,000/year. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm.
