Clinical Therapist

Job Description

The Clinical Therapist provides comprehensive mental health services under supervision, assessing client and family needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, and group counseling in compliance with professional standards.

They collaborate with community agencies and the juvenile justice system, participate in multi-disciplinary case staffing, and utilize caseload management systems. Services are primarily offered in clients’ homes or via telehealth, with efforts to engage youth, adults, and families effectively.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $60,000 annually and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and life insurance.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and a valid clinical license. The position is based in Detroit, MI, with a hybrid remote work arrangement.
