Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care.

  • Oversee and coordinate all nursing activities, including clinical operations, safety, and staff development.
  • Train and manage nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and proper conduct.
  • Maintain infection control protocols and promote high resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop policies aligned with the center’s mission and regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed of relevant legislation and technological advancements, implementing effective strategies.

    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years RN experience preferred, ability to work independently, valid RN license required, BLS certification preferred.
