Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s speech and language abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.

Collaborate with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to support progress.

Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as needed.

Provide guidance to families on communication strategies at home.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure eligibility, strong pediatric development knowledge, excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time or part-time, $65,000-$85,000/year, benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement.

Location: In person in Guilford, CT.
